Giffard has known the right way to produce high-quality syrups for over 125 years. The company was established in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist who invented a mint liqueur which he named Menthe Pastille. Since then and through four generations, Giffard continues to aim at always finding the best and most aromatic ingredients for the creation of its products.
