It has been working flawlessly for quite some time. One monitor that developed an issue, I replaced the capacitor and the internal MOSFET, and it works perfectly now (a known defect in some batches, according to the technician I spoke with).
It has a good picture, very good communication (two way).
One star is deducted because the plastic looks cheap. But you get what you pay for. At least it does its job

I do not recommend it because after two days the sound of the button does not work, after three days the screen does not turn on, I have to unplug and plug it back in, then it turns on. Then again the same problem. The camera is good for its price

Unacceptable product. The door opening mechanism broke in six months. Shortly after, the screen also broke and no longer displays anything

Worst product, from the moment of installation problems started. Within less than a year, it broke. The doorbell doesn't ring, it doesn't provide power to open the door, I can't hear or be heard by the visitor. Its appearance and material quality are so fake, as if it was from a joke. The image is falsely colored, barely clarifying colors. The sound is terrible, and the built-in "songs" for ringing remind me of old mobile phones with awful monophonic sounds. The base on which it is supposed to be supported "plays" right - left. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
