An oven we expected a lot from and in the end it did not last long. Problems started after 6 months. After 4 years of use.

On the positive side, it bakes very well! It distributes the temperature well inside.

Now for the negatives…!!
The quality of materials, especially the enamel, is criminal for a pyrolytic oven. Holes opened up and wherever there are joints, there is oxidation on the metals and it has cracked.
We used the pyrolysis function 3 times in 4 years because it definitely wears out the metals more.
Noise
The handle broke
The soft close on the door stopped working after 6 months.
Keep in mind that this is an expensive product from the company and at this price point there are many options—I think it is the most expensive oven they have.

I definitely would not buy it again. I would happily go for a well-known brand, as I will do!

Problem with the glass. Suddenly, while the oven was not working, the middle glass broke. I have created the following guide on how to remove the door and replace the glass. As long as it worked, it was great!!! Once the warranty expired after 2 years, the problems started!!! The resistance burns out every now and then; I have already changed it twice and it's burnt again!!! Moreover, it "pops" in various places, resulting in the corrosion of the lower wall!!! Maybe I got a defective model!!! The joy I had at the beginning, unfortunately, is matched by the disappointment I have now!!! What a shame and again what a shame!!!

The symbols for options and controls on the touch screen should be illuminated like the clock. Especially at night, the options are difficult

It is a very good oven. The only thing that concerns me is that it always makes a loud noise during preheating, as if something is breaking. But everything else is fine. I believe there will be no problem in the future.

Very good oven, a bit difficult for me but I believe it needs quite a bit of practice to find exactly which programs and how exactly you program them... It is worth its money at 450 as the same one in stores is at 650.......update...after a few months of use, we noticed that due to steam, water appears at the bottom which 1-2 times has run onto the floor... we are trying to see what is wrong, it doesn't happen all the time and we haven't called a technician, maybe the door doesn't close well as I read somewhere or its own trays are very shallow... I don't know but after use this is now a big negative for the oven... if someone knows something more, please write.... That's why from 4 stars I change to 3. ....update after 2 years of use, when the oven works on the top and bottom program and not on air, it again releases water due to steam at the bottom of the door resulting in it dripping onto the floor.

First time I bought a touch oven and I was very satisfied!! It has many baking programs, so far it bakes perfectly in convection and grill. It also has a special program for pizzas and desserts and a self-cleaning system (pyrolysis), which is good to be done once every 6 months and not more often... Perfect baking, Whirlpool guarantee!!

Everything is fine with the oven, although it requires a lot of time to familiarize yourself with it. What concerns me is that after you close it and remove the food, it continues to work, emitting hot air for about 20 minutes. I don't know if this is normal or not

I am thrilled with this oven... I have had it for about a month... quiet... many programs, even baking... high-quality construction... easy to clean... what else could one ask for? Simply... I love it ️️️
