Very good vitamins and economical. I had read a study that you should take D3 with K2 for better absorption, which is why I chose them. This particular dose is high (my doctor had recommended it for 2 months); for daily use, it is better to choose 1000 IU.

Very good product. I was satisfied although I would have preferred K2 as MK-7 and not as MK-2 because its half-life is shorter and it is eliminated quickly, and it is not plant-based but synthetic.

In general, I have a deficiency/insufficiency, I used to take 2000iu every day for three months. In the October tests, it was at 33 after daily use, since Christmas I have been taking 4000iu daily and it only went up to 36. All the other results were good. I will try another supplement

I have been taking it for years as a supplement during the winter months (about 3 months). The result is evident in the annual blood tests, with the D level always increasing.

I got a pack of 60 for two winter months..
I started with a score of 18 in the last tests... and we’ll see where it goes at the end of the two months... I believe that two months is enough as the use should probably be done sparingly???

I used to take it for years, it had no rival. However, I have now replaced it with the corresponding Viogenesis Depot vitamins which have superior K2 (MK-7 instead of MK-4 that this one has) and better absorption (slower release). The only annoying thing is that the other one is not 2000IU but 4000IU and I have to split the pills in half with the usual tool.

Excellent. It works provenly. I was constantly deficient (hematological measurements below normal, regarding D3). With one box (60 tablets), it reached normal levels. Recommended.

I am very satisfied, I had a deficiency of vitamin D3, I took another supplement with high IU to initially raise it, it went up and then dropped again over time, so after raising it again, I started taking this supplement for maintenance, one per day, and since then it has not dropped again, confirmed by my tests and my doctor agrees, I will continue taking it.

Measure your vitamin D levels with tests. It does not increase it at all. It is a fat-soluble vitamin, I took it after meals. My vitamin D levels did not increase at all. I tried another brand and my vitamin D levels increased. My doctor told me the same thing. It has not increased vitamin D levels in any patient who had this specific brand! I wonder what they are selling and how it has good reviews!

Prefer and always take it with a fatty meal. I don't mean necessarily bacon and butter. Any meal that contains fats, such as avocado, nuts, etc. In two months, my test scores increased by 10 points, where I previously had a deficiency

Very good vitamin. The reason I am commenting is because I see some people suggesting dosage, etc. Do not trust a comment on skroutz, especially when it has no sources! Do your research (in reliable sources) or ask your doctor. Things are not so simple, nor are the needs the same for everyone. We are filled with internet doctors.

As for the vitamin, it seemed very effective.
