Description

The DUROSTICK polystyrene cutter is a user-friendly cutting machine for expanded (EPS) and extruded (XPS) polystyrene, designed with the use of a heated wire system.
It consists of two arms, one on each side. The left arm allows angle adjustment ranging from 0-45º, while the right arm-ruler features length measurement indicators with a special metal stop. The handle on which the wire is attached can also be rotated transversely to the previous turning direction with an angle range of 0-55º.
With this system, it is possible to shape the plates for all inclined, oblique, and diagonal cuts, while shaping notches or bevels on the plates is done easily, quickly, and accurately.
The device operates with a low voltage transformer (30V) connected to a 220V power supply.
