ESHALAC 50S is a brushable bituminous varnish primarily used as a primer for concrete surfaces for the adhesion of bituminous membranes.

The properties of ESHALAC 50S allow it to penetrate deeply and thus adhere excellently to the pores of the structural element's surface.

It is compatible with polyurethane, concrete, lightweight concrete, asbestos cement, brick, stone, wood, metal, and drywall.

It is not compatible with polystyrene because it contains organic solvents.

It meets the ASTM D-41 specification.
