I bought it in April and I have done many km. It is comfortable, I am 1.69, 59kg and the area where I live is mixed, so the 18km is not even a problem, 10km to be precise (before pedaling). I have made additions to it like lights, horn, and pedals. As soon as the pedals were installed, the battery life increased and it doesn't run out as quickly, and the speed also increased (up to 30km/h) even when I'm not pedaling, and I understand that the throttle is no longer active. Its battery is only 5.2 Ah. Of course, soon I will upgrade the battery and everything will be super. The downside is that there is no suspension, so another good change I would like to make is to add a suspension seatpost to solve the issue of vibrations and discomfort, and also change the handlebar grips to rubber ones for the same reasons. And while I am in the second phase of subsidy, the response I receive from the platform is that it is considered a motorcycle due to the 350-watt motor. So, a 30% subsidy is required and in addition, they ask for a license plate, which means taxes and insurance!! Are you kidding me? An electric bicycle with gears and a smaller motor ends up going much faster, and I saw this in practice...

In any case, I choose routes on sidewalks, bike lanes, pedestrian areas, and roads with very little traffic to be safe and not need a license plate, etc. As for your subsidy... You can keep it!

I have had this bike for two months now and I have ridden it for a total of 340 kilometers. I bought it with the intention of using it for my commute due to the increase in fuel prices. My commute to work is 8.5 kilometers one way, with uphill and downhill sections. I weigh 96 kilograms and the bike handles well, except for the uphill sections where it struggles a bit. If you don't mind the slower speed, then it is very good for distances up to 10 kilometers. Beyond that, it can be tiring, and you also need to have good stability while riding to avoid getting thrown off by potholes. If it had 10 more kilometers per hour of speed, it would be perfect. Nonetheless, it does its job and more. Before getting this bike, I was spending 150€ per month on gasoline just for my commute. Also, please note that I recharge the bike at work because even though it claims to have a range of 18 kilometers, it drops to 43% after just 8.5 kilometers, so I don't want to risk not recharging it for the return trip

First of all, let's make it clear that I started with this as a joke, thinking of an alternative means of transportation for my work, being afraid of buying and not approaching the metro and buses.

The scooter (if you allow me) is more like a small bicycle, as that is its philosophy. I consider it much "safer" than standing scooters, as soon as you sit on its relatively comfortable seat, it feels like sitting on an old BMX without suspension, etc.

The build quality is exemplary, as the only things I have changed so far are the brake pads and tires, which are normal wear and tear.

The tires (due to their size) are much better compared to standing scooters with their tiny wheels.

The weight is very low and it has never bothered me. It does break, but not much, and since I live on the third floor and it doesn't fit in our tiny elevator, I carry it with my hands every day and it hasn't tired me.

The speed is determined by the law, but you can downgrade the firmware (to version 1.01) and go from 25 km/h to 31 km/h, which is easily achievable.

I weigh 91 kg and even though I am close to the maximum weight, I ride it daily for 20 km without any problems. This is helped by the 350-watt motor, rather than the 250-watt motors that most scooters in this category have.

Unfortunately, the battery is the weak point, as over time (11 months) it had already lost some of its power and it only charged up to 85%, and it started cutting off many kilometers.

I replaced it with a 150 after-market battery with Samsung cells and it works perfectly.

Basically, for the past 3 years, it has been my work tool (daily trips to vineyards, commuting in Chalandri) and occasional rides or errands without any problems at all. I have solved my transportation issue with all the implications it entails, both in terms of money and inconvenience in traffic.

Apart from the battery, if someone wants to make it more powerful, they can spend an additional 100-150 euros to modify the controller and increase the speed to 40+ km/h.

Owner of many electric bicycles and scooters, for this specific one I will say that it left me very satisfied. It is of very good quality construction, sturdy, comfortable (as comfortable as a bicycle with 14'' wheels can be), with very good brakes, front and rear, and very good acceleration. What impressed me, since I have experience with electric vehicles, is that even though it is equipped with a 6mha battery, and even though I am 1.80m tall and weigh 101 kg, it gives me a range of 13 to 15 km, constantly riding at full throttle. This may seem a little, but it is not for a 6mha battery. I had two scooters with a 6ah battery and three folding electric bicycles with the same battery, and they didn't even give me 7 km, considering my body proportions. One of the scooters especially only gave me 4 km, and I had bought it brand new. The other great thing about this electric bike-scooter is that after you ride the first 10 km and open the app (which is also quite good and easy to connect), you can set it to go up to 30 km with a fully charged battery. It reached a top speed of 30 km/h for me. Those who know will think I'm being ridiculous again for my body proportions and my weight of 101 kg. All the other electric vehicles I had, with a 250-350 W motor, had a top speed of up to 25 km/h. Even the Xiaomi M365 scooter, which I modified through the app, only reached 28 km/h for me. So, I am very satisfied with this purchase and I hope it will last in the future. Also, considering the price and its performance, I have nothing negative to report so far. You can't expect much from an electric vehicle with a 6ah battery and a 250-350 W motor, especially if you "have your weight" and it has a range of 30 km and a top speed of 40 and 45 km/h. There are electric vehicles like that, but they cost around 2000 euros.

The application has been upgraded and can go up to 30 km. I bought it used, one year old, and I have already ridden 300 kilometers with it. I weigh 80 kg and it performs well on uphill slopes, reaching up to 20 km there. On flat ground, with this weight, it has shown me a battery life of about 15 km, if you continuously ride it at full speed. Overall, it is worth its price. The one I bought did not have a front disc brake, but I added one at a bike shop. It is very good for me, as I ride 4 km per day for work. I have also tested it extensively on uphill roads for a long time and it has not had any issues. Everything is fine! Additional information: as of 17/11/21, we have reached over 700 kilometers. Due to the cold weather, the battery lasts a little less, but I have also added pedals, so the autonomy has increased, especially on uphill sections. Although it is still under warranty, at some point I will remove the battery and upgrade it to 12am from the current 6, which I believe will give me a comfortable 40 kilometers of autonomy.
