    I bought it to connect an HDMI graphics card to a DP monitor. It simply doesn't work. The store replaced it with a new one, but still the same issue. Speaking with the company itself in Germany, they told me that it is not suitable for such use, regardless of the fact that the product's box itself has a picture advertising bidirectional communication between HDMI & DP.
