This rare ouzo has been distilled with the most fragrant anise from Mytilene, found scattered in the anise fields of Lisvori.
Its distillation takes place exclusively at the beginning of autumn when the aromas of anise are at their peak. A high-proof ouzo, based on the old tried-and-tested recipe of the Spentza family.
It was first produced in 1892 at their distillery in Pergamon and has been produced in Mytilene from 1948 to the present day.
