400 years ago in the tropical islands of the Caribbean, a legend was born. Starting from sugarcane, the locals pressed it until its juices came out, which they fermented, distilled, and left to age to create the first rum.

Captain Morgan Spiced Gold is based on a secret blend of Caribbean rum, mature spices, and other natural flavors. It gets its distinctive richness and amber color from aging in charred white oak barrels. It ages in smoked white oak barrels to acquire this rich flavor.

Tasting Characteristics

Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruits, spices with oak notes, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish.

Served

    Initially, the drink is at 35% alcohol content and combined with the Spicy element, it is considered easy to drink. At first, I didn't like the taste or the aroma at all because it resembles syrup, but then I got used to it. The flavor has intensity as does the aroma, and based on its price, it is considered quite noteworthy. You drink it neat with a little ice, and with a normal swallow, you don't get a headache.
