As a professional, it is the worst machine I have ever bought. The toaster stopped working on its 17th day of operation. I paid €400 for a supposedly good professional tool. I am so disappointed that I haven't even made a move to contact the company to have it repaired. It's unbelievable to buy something new and have it break in less than three weeks.
