It is the worst thing I have bought for professional use. The toast and sandwiches burn on the outside while remaining uncooked on the inside (the cheese doesn't melt). Even if we manage to cook them properly by turning them multiple times, they don't cook evenly, as you can see in the photos! If I lower the intensity, they will never cook, while if I increase it, everything will burn!
We returned it for repair even though we hadn't had it for six months and the response from the technicians was that the toaster had no problem!!!
It has truly made our lives difficult, do not buy it!!!
