Owner for about 4 years. After three months I called the technician because it was collecting a lot of steam and caused my kitchen furniture to swell. He told me it was a manufacturing error because there should have been a hole in the back. After three years the lower heating element burned out. And after three months it burned out again.

Owner of the oven for more than 8 months. With the programs it has, it helps me bake the best pizzas I have ever made. Program for dough rising and later baking. Very fast and efficient! Hopefully, it will maintain its good performance

The oven is truly awful! I have had it for 6 months and every time I use it, I wonder if all the above reviews praising it are true. The oven is incredibly slow, while preheating is relatively fast. For example, a pie I baked recently, the recipe says to bake in the air at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, I baked for an hour and 10 minutes for it to come out okay, and the baking is not even. For meat and food, the time needed is almost double compared to an old Siemens oven I had before. Honestly, every time I use it, I don't know if it will manage to bake the food and I am forced to increase the temperature above the recommended one. The worst purchase I have ever made for an electrical appliance!

I wanted an economical oven because I had a neff one which, despite not being used much, broke and the repair was not cost-effective. It looks very nice on the outside, has many programs, and the touch keyboard gave me some trouble the first two days, but now it seems user-friendly. I believe that ovens of this kind are not suitable for older ages, as it heats up quickly. It has 2 trays and the sliding bars that make it easy to remove the tray. It is made in Italy and if you register the device with Whirlpool, they give you a warranty extension for the fan motor plus 3 years, so a total of 5 years. I recommend it.

After market research for replacing the old oven in a country villa, I ended up with this choice. The review is after baking about 10 meals.
Aesthetically, it is very elegant. The capacity is sufficient for any requirement. I cannot say that its use is very simple and it takes time for the user to get familiar with it. I think it is an excellent choice, at least for a country villa.

UPDATE: After 2 and a half years, it burned the bottom resistor. The warranty is valid for 2 years. I brought the person to fix it, he told me that it has glass wool both above and below the resistor and that this reduces its performance. He disconnected the old burned resistor for me, but he told me that he will leave it inside and the new one will touch it and perform better. He told me that the materials it has are Chinese and it had also burned the power relay and if I hadn't called him in time, it would have burned the circuit board as well. He also changed some plastic parts at the back that had been distorted because they were plastic, but I don't know what those were...
He told me that it is new and it shouldn't have burned them. That's it.
No, I do not recommend it. It's better to spend a little more and buy a more well-known brand for the kitchen

It is a nice oven both aesthetically and in terms of functionality. I have had it for only 3 months and I am satisfied. The only issue, which may be more my fault than the oven's, is that it requires some study of the manual in the beginning to operate it. With touch buttons and only one central button, it is not obvious how to set it to the program you want. It can be learned, though, I just haven't convinced myself if it's necessary to make life difficult with these. Two more issues, there are many cooking options and I'm not sure if all of them are effective, I still have to consult the manual to cook. Lastly, I haven't found a way to change the time yet and the instructions do not mention this issue. The other day, when changing the time, I had to disconnect the kitchen's main power

Very good oven as mentioned in the above comments. No negatives. After baking, leave it open for a while to avoid collecting moisture from baking

It gave me a problem with the fan, which was under warranty. I called the service the next day and they came and fixed it. Awesome service

Reliable oven, bakes quickly and evenly. It has many programs, I haven't used them all yet, I've had it for 6 months but so far I am quite satisfied. One main negative is that it doesn't have a cleaning mode, the previous one I had had a self-cleaning function that literally saved your hands, while with this one I'm tired of cleaning.
