This is a game that requires a looooot of patience as it unfolds agonizingly slowly. At the beginning, you don't have quick travel or even a character that moves fast, and that is a big downside for a game that wants you to travel long distances. The combat system was quite chaotic and clumsy with a semi-automatic character, which made the battles not enjoyable at all. The difficulty is so-so, at the beginning you fear even the smallest boss. The performances were very bad, and the story was clearly a childish fairytale with some messages. However, as you progress, it becomes awesome. You become much stronger and the battles require a bit of strategy, time travel comes into play, and overall, everything that was terrible in the first 15 hours of gameplay finally becomes good. The story had very nice twists, as it constantly revealed new information about the characters. From a certain point onwards, it felt like playing Pokémon, as you could now capture other creatures (under certain conditions). Countless hours and truly endless side quests (some of which were admittedly very tiresome). I abandoned it and continued several times because it always ended up exhausting me. However, in the end, it left me with very beautiful feelings because although it was extremely tiring, it had a very nice feeling. I would only recommend it to fans of the genre nonetheless.

As I was playing the game, I got thrilled and without much hesitation, I bought this one too.
It is purely for RPG fans who have played games like FF, Kingdom Hearts, and even Lost Sphear.
It is considerably more difficult compared to the second one in terms of how your level affects the battle with stronger enemies. In the second one, you could face an enemy that is 20 levels above you, but here, there is no room for tricks. You will get your butt kicked properly.
Great story, long duration (it took me 70 hours to reach the end at level 68), nice battle system, cartoonish graphics that remind you of childhood shows, and the music takes you back to nostalgic times.
* After the end, there are additional missions that will keep you occupied for at least 20 hours.

Story, music, gameplay, everything in this game is very beautiful and immerses you in its own magical world. I also have the second one which has more things to do, but this one is much better. Anyone who plays it will understand that they didn't waste their time.

The game is very beautiful on the PS4 Pro with the ability to play in 2K 60 fps, which automatically makes it smoother to the eyes with the remastered version. It has a very beautiful story and is not as childish as some would expect. It has many Pokémon elements called familiars in this game, and you can make them yours (with a specific mechanic) and then level them up and feed them to increase their stats, etc. It has very nice music that takes you on a journey like Studio Ghibli's stories, if you are a fan, it will not disappoint you. At first, it may seem a bit strange and slow, but if you give it some time, you won't be able to stop playing. Its world is very beautiful with a huge variety and beautiful details. The combat system is very simple but addictive. The voice overs are well done, and not everything is in text that you have to read. Yes, there are some, but they don't overwhelm you to the point of getting lost. I believe it is a very good recommendation for both young and old (I am 24 and still play it daily because it is a very unique and beautiful game). I believe I covered most of it, and I am very satisfied with the game and the money I spent on it. Especially during quarantine, it is a good recommendation.
