Excellent! It does its job and more. So far, I have used it for large cuts, such as picnics and large beef cuts, and the result is always perfect. I use the second probe for chamber temperature. It's worth the money! The construction seems durable as the orange casing is silicone for protection. Time will tell as I've only had it for 4 months. You can sit in the living room with the transmitter and have control without constantly needing to get up.

Excellent, user-friendly, very easy, it does what it says. I have already used it more than ten times to grill Picanha Black Angus and Rib-Eyes, and it's incredible how the temperature accuracy plays a role in achieving the perfect grilling level that I desire, as well as the final appearance and taste. The fact that it has a second probe is very good for having two identical or different cuts in the oven. The fact that it is wireless allows you to sit in your living room in peace, waiting for the alarm and simply checking the temperature without needing to be right above the oven, which is very good. Personally, I don't think anyone needs to go for a more expensive solution or thermometers with Bluetooth and mobile apps when you can do an excellent job with something that offers such great value for money. I still need to see its lifespan.
