  • Sleep Mode: Provides sleep mode and network wake-up.
  • SPI Connection: Support for SPI speed (SPI mode 0, 3).
  • Memory: Internal 32K byte memory as TX/RX cache.
  • Ethernet Physical Layer: Support for 10/100Mbps.
  • Auto-negotiation: Support (10/100-Based full/half duplex).
  • Operating Voltage: Operating voltage 3.3V, the I/O ports withstand voltage of 5V.
  • Signal Indications: Multiple signal indication outputs.
  • Function Description Table:
    • 3.3V: 3.3V power input
    • 5V: 5V power input
    • MISO: SPI master input slave output
    • GND: Power ground
    • MOSI: SPI master output slave input
    • RST: W5500 reset pin (active low)
    • SCS: SPI SLAVE select pin (active low)

Note: The operating voltage of the W5500 is 3.3V, but the I/O port can withstand 5V. The YIXIN_W5500 module has two power supply modes, 3.3V or 5V. When using 5V power supply, the output of the "3.3V" pin is 3.3V.
