BUCKWHEAT FLAKES 250G BIO

The crunchy buckwheat flakes ALL BIO are a breakfast cereal made from whole grain cereals. The lightly sweetened flakes with rice syrup provide a wonderful taste and are perfect for a healthy start to the day.

They are an excellent source of protein, with 10 g of protein per 100 g of product. They are rich in B vitamins, such as riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3), as well as vitamins E and K. They can help reduce the risk of heart disease when part of a healthy diet.
