    Very good construction. Nice tonearm and the anti-skating works correctly and steadily. The Ortofon (Red) cartridge, although not particularly special in its technical specifications, has good sound, sufficiently detailed and with proper rhythm. It is advisable to slightly raise the back foot of the turntable to fully align it, as the weight is there due to the power supply, the tonearm, and the lid. The signal cable provided by Pro-ject is 'average' in terms of sound quality; the yellow markings indicating the direction of the cable should go to the side of the amplifier or phono stage. Overall, a very good turntable at a reasonable cost (1500 euros, in 2019) with a solid aluminum sub-platter, the same as the platter.
    P.S. The sound of the turntable changes when it has the lid on and without it!...try it. Personally, I listen to music without the lid!
