Static giant oven for professional use. Ideal solution for very large restaurants, hotels, institutions, and generally where very large quantities of food are produced. High temperature and even distribution are achieved thanks to a powerful burner along with a successful reflector system that ensures perfect baking and browning in the large tray (93x65cm) it accommodates.
