I have had them for about 3 years and I have to say that for JBL and 100 Euros I expected them to last at least 4 years. The left earbud, although I hear it turning on, does not connect/play when I play music. In general, regarding the battery and how it fits in the ear along with its adjustable plastics. Anyway, it would be nice if there was an app for adjustment and to see their battery percentage.

I have had them for 2 years now and I can say I am disappointed with the overall experience.
In the positives, I include: the bass, the battery, they are durable.
In the negatives: the left earphone does not charge, many times both disconnect suddenly and need to be reconnected, they do not fit properly in the case, for their price I would have expected an ANC, and overall instead of solving your problems, something always happens

The sound they produce is literally enchanting, clean, and impressive with a strong bass impact. There is a slight spike in the treble range, but it is by no means sharp or piercing. The build quality is excellent, and the finish is amazing. However, the delay between sound and video on the phone disappoints me, and I definitely don't enjoy it, as the delay fluctuates (possibly) between 100-200 ms.

For a microphone, it definitely doesn't work, as when you make a call and you're on the go, you feel like a cat meowing in your ear and you just want to throw it off yourself to quiet down.

Now, regarding the charging issue, there are quite significant problems. The case does not accept the contact of the headphones or the reverse, as if something is blocking them. You have to remove them from the case and try to connect them again, repeating the process about 50 times.

They are not worth the 100 euros with such poor quality of service.

From sound quality they are really superb and fit very easily in any ear. The microphone is almost unacceptable and people can hear the car passing by 2 narrow streets closer to me better than me. Also, unfortunately, not recently since I got them the headphones stopped making good contact with the case (I haven't figured out if it's the case or the headphones' fault) and in order to charge them, I have to remove the plastic parts that fit in the ear and "play" by shaking them inside the case until they make good contact. I have gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me to change them because they do have good sound and were expensive, but as I see others talking about the same issue I have, I don't recommend them for any reason to new users.

It is one of the top companies in sound. I have no complaints. I clean them very well every month along with the case and the earbuds inside with a cotton swab and a little alcohol. I have no charging problem. Excellent sound, powerful bass.

After 4 months of use, they stopped charging, the magnetic contacts while sitting in their case do not charge the headphones!!

I read many reviews before I went through the process of buying them. I have had them for almost a month, they have no problem with the magnet for charging (not yet at least), no problem with connectivity, sometimes the caller's voice is not clear since the microphone only works from the right earphone. The buttons are very convenient, the left earphone almost mutes the sound so you can have contact with the external environment, with one click it restores the volume to half, with the second click to the volume you had before, and with the right earphone you answer/end calls and pause the music.

I am torn about this product, but I think it is overpriced.

On the positive side, the battery is simply endless, the application of the headphones is very stable, their construction is of good quality, their bass is strong, and the waterproofing is effective.

On the negative side, the case is not at all of good quality, it opens and scatters with the slightest impact. Also, it takes them around 30 seconds to connect, and sometimes they don't turn on immediately when you take them out of the case. The buttons are designed in a way that often leads to missclicks, and finally, they are not powerful in their high frequencies and without an equalizer, they are unsuitable for rock music and similar genres.

All of these things, I don't think justify the 100 euros I paid for them at all.

Tragic choice. Within two weeks, they stopped making good contact with the case, now they don't charge at all. I searched it on the internet and several users have the same problem. They are not worth the money they cost.

The headphones have very good sound and a battery that lasts for 30 hours! (10 hours each headphone + 20 hours the charging case) The microphone they have is terrible because it picks up the ambient sound and the speaker cannot be heard, especially when you are on the road, the cars are louder than you speaking. I have had the headphones for 6 months and I can say that they have shown some problems with charging, as the left and sometimes the right headphone does not fit well in the case to charge. It is an issue that almost everyone seems to be facing, judging from the reviews, so I don't believe that the headphones I bought are defective... However, besides that, I notice that the headphones work fine on devices with Bluetooth 5, while on devices that support an older version of Bluetooth, they constantly disconnect! In short, JBL tried to bring the ideal headphones to the market and in my opinion, they didn't succeed. JBL is not known for such problems, I am disappointed...

I decided to mention the fact that I didn't buy them from a Greek store, so it's possible that they weren't authentic after all and I'm being unfair to them. From my experience with JBL headphones so far, it seems unbelievable that these turned out to be so bad!

The sound is quite good, battery life is good, they fit comfortably in the ear, but they don't sit well in the charging case and they require a process to charge. Up until now, I would have given them 4 stars, but in the past few days, they started disconnecting as if they have no signal. I tried them with two different devices and the problem remains. Money wasted!

From the most bass and powerful in sound..

I have 2 pairs, one for me and one for my brother. The headphones have amazing sound quality and battery life, but I have an issue with charging them. When I put them in their case, they don't charge unless I hold them in place. I have to constantly play with them in order to charge them.

Very good Bluetooth headphones! However, in my opinion, they are intended for those who will use them for music during their running or at the gym. They are sporty, with a high resistance to water, rain, and sweat, and they have very good sound quality that fully isolates you when you wear them. Very good bass! They connect immediately to your mobile phone, they don't disconnect and the videos don't lag. The call quality is satisfactory. They have a long battery life, about 10 hours and another 20 with the case. As for the negatives that I found, their case is a bit large, only the right earphone works alone, so you will probably wear both together. If you are looking for headphones for the office or for calls, you should probably look elsewhere (e.g. Huawei FreeBuds, Apple AirPods, Samsung Buds, and similar types). They are worth it for sports or the gym, priced at 100-130€!

Very good headphones with awesome sound. I don't give them 5 stars because you can't use each one separately as a regular Bluetooth. Only the right one works on its own. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Their bass is A M A Z I N G.

Excellent sound for music, with great bass and clear mids and highs. As for the fit, they hold well, but after an hour they will tire you if you have a small ear, even with the smallest included ear wing. Its major problem is in conversation, as the microphone amplifies the surrounding sounds that cover your voice, resulting in everyone asking me to speak through the device and not through the headphones. Also, there is no feedback, meaning you don't hear yourself. I sent them for service in case my own are problematic. At €150 for a brand name, it is not justified to have such problems.

Extremely good headphones. With very powerful and bass-heavy sound and amazing isolation. They may not be owned by many, but after about 1 month of research for Bluetooth headphones, I ended up with these and I am very satisfied (I have had them for 2 months already). I highly recommend buying them.

Terrible sound, satisfactory battery life, very poor build quality. I bought them 2 times and the same thing happened both times. After a few months, I had to struggle to manage to charge them. Coming from the JBL Free... the headphones sell like hotcakes (I would say hot)!!! I just received them and immediately tested them. Amazing fit, full bass, unbeatable sound for headphones!!! To "get" the bass properly, you need to apply them correctly to your ears. Particularly user-friendly is the ability with a click (one, allows only external sound to enter, two, shares external sound and sound from the mobile source, for example) to have contact with the environment. Truly convenient because it completely isolates the environment when worn. 10 hours of battery life + 20 hours with the charging case/power bank. Get them now... if you can!!! And for those of you complaining about disconnections, tell us about the issues you have with your phones too!!!
UPDATE: 07/3/22. It was found that when fully charged and you remove the cable, it shows 50% charge on the LEDs. Why JBL??? Minus one star.

I am a little bothered in the ears, I struggled to adjust them. They bother me after a while, the fit in my ears may be off.
They are very good with a very clear sound, very good insulation, and excellent battery. + The very practical ambient aware. They also have a very fast connection, without interruptions or disconnections. I have connected them to Xiaomi Mi 9

Very good headphones for their price, high performance in treble, midrange, and especially in bass. It requires a little getting used to the placement in the ears, and at first it may take you 1-2 minutes, but once they are placed correctly... they don't move even during running, at the gym, or if you hang upside down.

It has 3 different sizes of earbuds, so surely one will fit you. They are relatively comfortable, lightweight, and don't bother you after a long listening session.
