Purchased 3.5 years ago. The motor broke down a month and a half ago. The usage we gave it was quite careful. It was never used to its limits. Beautiful fridge, yes. Large, spacious, with many shelves but terrible quality!
I should also mention that the behavior of the dealership here is at least unprofessional. A broken motor with debris throughout the circuit and oil cannot be repaired, let's not hide from that. Instead of accepting or suggesting a replacement, they have been giving us a hard time since the holidays.

3/5 for LG, 1/5 for the local dealership and their wrong policies.

I have also spoken with the dealership and they finally assured me that it is wrongly mentioned in the skroutz specifications that it has Hi-Fi. So if it is a serious criterion, reconsider it! Otherwise, it is amazing, completely silent, and truly has a huge capacity! Its actual TOTAL CAPACITY is 419 lt!
- Also, here it is mentioned that it has a capacity of 384 lt (considerably smaller) inside

Nice design and quality construction. Good space, lighting, cooling is okay. It has one drawer for fruits instead of two, but it's not the end of the world. On the downside: it makes noise! You can hear a blowing sound like from a fan. I called LG's service (very polite), they came the same day (also very polite). Result, "it's the motor, that's how the refrigerator works."
Update: Three months later, fortunately, the noise has decreased. Perhaps it played a role that in the beginning the refrigerator was almost empty while now it is full. Time will tell.
11/2/23 I don't pay attention and it's like... it has settled down, it doesn't bother me anymore. At night sometimes it makes noise, probably it's defrosting.

The worst thing I have ever bought in terms of household appliances. Purchased a year ago from a major retailer and it has already burned out the motor twice. I will obviously request a replacement as it is a defective model. It's a shame because everyone told me to get an LG and so far it's been the worst. I will come back to comment on LG's after-sales support, which I hope will be responsive!

Update: Finally, after 5 days, a replacement was made and the new refrigerator is working properly

We bought the refrigerator from a well-known chain of stores with five-year support. The first impressions are positive. It is quite spacious with good cooling and truly silent. Even at night, you can't hear the motor when it is running in the other rooms, and in the kitchen, its noise is not something annoying.

I bought the refrigerator-freezer and on the 3rd day it started making loud and annoying noises, which kept increasing to the point of being particularly bothersome at night. The noises were metallic and did not come from the normal operation of the product. Unfortunately, neither my attempts to adjust or align it, nor the technician from LG, brought any results.

A big BRAVO to the local service and the LG headquarters, who took care of immediately replacing the appliance with a new one and were always available to support me.

The problem is that the new appliance I received has the exact same issue to a lesser extent, even if I change its position or location and it is perfectly aligned according to the manufacturer's instructions. Just by lightly touching the side of the refrigerator, it starts vibrating and rattling. Only if I wedge a plastic pad in a very specific spot, the noise is significantly reduced.

A device of this price range should not be so sensitive to noises and vibrations and should have the proper dampeners to deal with them.

It's a shame because I decided to pay extra to buy a premium product, which otherwise has good cooling quality and a very nice appearance.

Although I bought it for 650 at a local store, the price here on Skroutz is very good! Perfect build quality, completely silent to the point where we were looking to see if it had started working! It is quite tall, and even though I was a fan of 70cm refrigerators, it is more than enough in terms of space. A choice I would make again.
