11 years after the first release of the SIGMA, SONTRONICS introduced the SIGMA 2, one of the best ribbon microphones on the market. Designed from scratch, it is manufactured in England from high-quality materials.

It is characterized by:

  • Ideal for recording vocals and acoustic instruments

Designed from the ground up, the new SIGMA 2 is handcrafted at Sontronics' headquarters. It features a unique circuit, including a high-quality transformer made exclusively for Sontronics, in a metal chassis, CNC-machined from British stainless steel for the internal and external parts.

The SIGMA 2's circuit is designed to be unaffected by other devices that emit or receive RFI radio frequencies, filtering the signal to remain clean and interference-free.
