The ball is awesome!!! Excellent build quality and very good material. The bumps on the surface provide a very good grip and greater stability in throws, even during intense training sessions. Very satisfied with the purchase! I will buy the entire Live Pro series!️

This review is about the weight: 8 kg

Very good and quality construction and with quite a bit of weight.

It gives me the ability to do dips and exercises with the upper and back part of the body, shoulders, arms with the small muscle groups for strengthening.

Helpful for exercises with grips and holds that are difficult with weights and dumbbells.

It does its job as it should. Attention, it does not have a rebound when hitting the ball
