    I had low expectations for this particular fish oil due to its lower content of EPA and DHA compared to others. I bought it specifically because I had ordered and prepaid for another product that was ultimately out of stock. However, from the first week, I noticed various differences. Softer, denser hair, smoother skin, more energy. It also has a significant percentage of vitamin A and vitamin D, which contribute significantly. In the first week, I was taking two capsules a day, but now I only take one. I found it more effective compared to others I have tried, and due to its low price, I consider it a good value for money. I will definitely buy it again.

    The product is terrible. It's a complete joke. It claims to have high EPA/DHA content. It has 48mg of EPA and 60% DHA. I have never seen such low-quality fish oil. Usually, it's 180mg and above. Another brand I have is 400mg EPA and 300mg DHA. That's the standard for quality fish oil. The packaging is worth more than the content
