    First of all, as soon as I got them, all day long I was trying to figure them out as they would lose connection with the computer at random times. Their connection is ONLY USB.
    Refund for purchasing something decent.
    As long as they worked and I was able to hear them, the sound was bad, rotten, unacceptable... better with the hands-free.
    Don't waste your money on junk, stay away.

    The best headphones for their price. I bought them a year ago for 50 euros and I am fully satisfied with their performance. Firstly, they are very comfortable for long hours of gaming (5 to 6 hours a day - maybe even more). The microphone is excellent and isolates the sound so that you have a better gaming experience. Now that their price has dropped for some reason, it's worth getting them. It's literally like getting a lower-priced Razer. Completely value for money.
