Very strong coffee with a lot of aroma and very good crema in the espresso,
I have been experimenting a lot with coffees for years; I have bought from the most expensive well-known ones to very mediocre ones.
I do not buy cheap ones, e.g. €20 and below.
I think I found the coffee that suits me, both for freddo and for espresso. I have a professional coffee grinder and a Delonghi Dedica machine.
I think it may be one of the best, if not the best, coffee I have bought, especially for freddo. Finally it comes out like the shops we buy from outside, and not just once but every time I make a freddo.
Of course, you just need to know how to make coffee with the right steps

Dark roast coffee 100% arabica. I got it purely to try it, I wouldn't say it's anything special, flat aroma and taste.. nevertheless it's a good choice only because of the price for those who don't want a blend.. by far the classico, which is 50/50, is better.

Quality to value ratio is unbelievable. Sure, there are better artisanal coffees at three times the price, but this is an excellent coffee at a great price. I tried a few variations from Kimbo and seem to really enjoy this blend.

It is an honest coffee, with a mild pleasant aroma, very low bitterness (I didn't expect that when I saw it, it looks more dark roast than it actually is), medium to low acidity, smooth pleasant aftertaste. It is a good first step if you are exploring the world of espresso, and a safe choice for an everyday coffee.

Very nice coffee, aromatic. I drink two doubles a day, and it is just as good hot and freddo. For its price, it's great, I will definitely buy again.

I came from Parana, big difference with Kimbo.
The first impression was wow, I immediately noticed the change.
As soon as I opened the bag, the aroma hit my nose.
Of course, these are just opinions.

Honest coffee for its price. Quite light for me without any particular body (always black). If I prefer it again, it will mainly be due to the price.

It doesn't taste like coffee at all, it produces a lot of cream but what can you do? tasteless and odorless bitter, it doesn't get better even with sugar and milk, the worst kimbo I've tried

Overall, this particular variety lacks aromas and is too strong. I had been buying this coffee for years now. Unfortunately, I regret buying it and I will not buy it again.

Very good coffee with a nice aroma, strong body, and plenty of crema. On my Delonghi Dedica machine, it comes out better with a coarse grind rather than a fine one. I highly recommend it

After about 10 kilos of Lavazza Arabica Tierra (€24 now), I decided to try this one because of the price (€17). I used it in my Philips automatic machine, setting it to the same grind size (3/12) as the previous one, but it didn't impress me. It even produced a very watery cake in the waste bin, so I decided to try a coarser grind (9/12) and it really changed my opinion. It has a sweet taste (I'm a fan of illy) with a medium body and a nice aroma. Everyone should be aware that each brand will give you a different result with the same settings. So, experiment at the beginning until you find what you like.
