Centote tequila is classified in the Ultra Premium category. It is produced in the Lowlands of Jalisco at a small, privately-owned but very modern distillery with 100% control of the production process. The Master Distiller, with 10 years of experience in cognac distillates, managed to create a tequila with a very balanced flavor profile.
The distillery is located at the foot of a volcano from which the water used for the production of Cenote is sourced. The very short aging of the Blanco for 3 weeks gives it an even more intense character with notes of wood. All bottles are handmade.
