I ordered 30 capsules. 1 in 3 has a problem. It blocks the water and the coffee doesn't come out. I put an extra capsule to fill the amount. The result is that there are coffee grounds in the cup. It's a shame because it's nice coffee with aroma, but the capsules are 'useless'.

If I could give it half a star, I would. Such a shame for a well-known product to have such a terrible result. Watery and tasteless. Truly a waste of money. Stay away.. Such a shame

While I did consider it one of the best decaf coffees, for the past few months, the new batches seem to have no coffee at all.

For someone who is looking for coffee with a strong bitter taste, they will not like it. It is an espresso with a light, smooth flavor that I prefer compared to other decafs.

I can't even give it 2 stars... At first, I thought I forgot to put a capsule and ended up with the used one! Tasteless - odorless - watery, absolute disappointment, like boiling water and mixing half a teaspoon of espresso.

The worst I have ever tried in decaf. Tasteless, without body, and very watery. (I tried two capsules in ristretto hoping to save it, but in vain). It cannot be consumed as it resembles more a watery French coffee than an espresso.
