Στη επίσημη σελίδα στο μοντέλο ONE TOUCH 991D δεν αναφέρεται η προς χρήση μνήμη του.

Όμως στο παρακάτω site αλλά για το μοντέλο Alcatel OT-991 (δηλαδή χωρίς το d, δεν ξέρω αν παίζει ρόλο σχετικά με το συγκεκριμένο spec) αναφέρεται ότι έχει μνήμη 150MB.
