    I have the purple one, after intense use 1-2 times a week and during the 2 quarantines, it started to wear out and develop cracks. I have used it a lot for banded pull ups, I don't know if other bands would have more durability. I am a person with a normal BMI. Overall, though, I have no complaints because I have put it through a lot.

    I should note that I weigh 60 kilograms. If someone wants it for pull ups but can't even do one with a band and is heavier than me, they might want the harder one because in the beginning, I could only do 4 with this one. Of course, it was great for strengthening, but I thought I should mention it.
