    This review is about the rated thermal power (7ºc - 35ºc): 11 kW

    I work with an 11kw monoblock three-phase cooling/heating unit with a fan coil for 2 years. During the winter, I was satisfied with its continuous operation. This spring, I installed an electricity meter and all the extras for monitoring its operation. Its major downside is that even though it is an inverter, its low operation does not go below 1450w. Therefore, if its production cannot be exhausted by the bodies, there will be continuous turning on and off. With each restart, consumption hits the ceiling at 4000w for 10-15 minutes. Based on these, there is simply no way to adjust to very low consumption, which is the desired outcome, because its operating specifications are very tight. In extreme heat or extreme cold, it will perform well, but in all the in-between it's terrible. I read that the equivalent LG and Panasonic units do not play such tricks.

    I bought the yutaki 20kw in 2019 in combination with fancoils and a buffer for my new house. Its performance is very good in cooling and heating, but in the summer, if you don't release the hot water from the solar with the technician's code (!) from the network, it shows a fault during the first heatwave and you don't have a pump. Besides that, a month ago it developed a fault which, despite the technician's visit, ABB suggests replacing 2 boards and a compressor at a cost of about 50% of the pump's cost (i.e. 4500) and only 6 months warranty... A great disappointment for a product so expensive and supposedly reliable...

    Installation in a 260sqm maisonette from 1995 (double walls, aluminum Europe 500 series) started on November 1st, 2019 and ended on May 5th. The heating system operates at a room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius with a consumption of 4800-5200 kWh. When someone unfamiliar enters the house for the first time, they awkwardly look around, asking if there is heating. It concerns the 7th and 16th floors. The problem is code A70, water filter cleaning.

    I installed the pump in 2017 and so far it is the best investment I have made. I have recovered the cost twice. The house is 200 square meters and it works perfectly, even at idle. The water temperature is 41 degrees in the house, while the unit operates at 23 degrees. It has 6 fan coils and 6 bodies. During the winter quarter of 2022, the electricity cost was 650€ with everything included, and I didn't save money due to high prices.

    The house is 102 square meters on top of another, so I have a terrace built in 1985 and the frames are 20 years old. The house is exposed to all winds, especially the north winds. It is in a coastal area on an island in the southern Aegean. The installation is external with 6 units. Nevertheless, it keeps my house steady at 22°C throughout the winter with 24-hour operation. Consumption is about €400 for approximately 5 months. I never had a problem, it works perfectly. I highly recommend it.
