I bought the Awelco Iris 120 and I was impressed by its performance. It is very lightweight and easy to use, and it comes with a brush/hammer and mask. The power cable is of good quality, 3x1.5mm.
It is ideal for amateur/semi-professional use. With the use of a 2.5mm electrode 6013, you can weld continuously and easily at 50-60A. For 7018 at 2.5mm, it requires around 80-90A to maintain the ARC without extinguishing.
Overall, the build quality is very good as it is made in Italy and of course, it is a well-known brand.
It is recommended to accompany it with a mask like the Awelco Helmet 2000 E 90390.
