I needed a lightweight, compact, and relatively high-quality keyboard for my little daughter to play either in her room or to take it with us outside the house. (For indoor use, we have a digital piano). I bought it mainly because of its excellent portability, the fact that it works with batteries for several hours, the microphone input, and the illuminated keys for lessons. It weighs only 3.5 kg and the large handle in the middle makes it very easy to carry. It is also aesthetically pleasing and its sound is quite loud and clear for its category, except for the lack of low frequencies, which is understandable. The keys have a good feel and are particularly quiet, while overall the construction seems sturdy. It has full connectivity and can also accommodate a sustain pedal, although it is sold separately. On the downside, the sound of the piano is not particularly authentic. The other sounds are decent, as well as the rhythms and the dance mode. Overall, it has many conveniences and features, and considering its role is to provide ease of transportation and entertainment and practice outside the house, rather than authenticity in sound and key feel, it performs its role flawlessly. Unfortunately, it is significantly more expensive in Europe and Greece. In the US, you can find it for $160, but regardless, I would recommend it for those who have similar needs to the ones I described above. Alternatively, if you are more interested in the sound of the piano and can afford to spend a little more money (around €300), the Roland go piano has similar dimensions and weight and better piano sound, although with fewer overall conveniences and features.
