Description

Description

  • FIX Heiztechnik radiators are made from steel sheet with a thickness of 1.25 mm according to DIN 1543 1623. 
  • The meander is welded to the water-carrying tubes, has a sheet thickness of 0.50 mm, and extends over the entire height and width of the body.
  • After the pre-treatment of degreasing and phosphating the surfaces, the first stage of painting is carried out by immersion and baking at 180°C. Then, a second layer of electrostatic painting with polyester powder and baking at 200°C (RAL9010) is applied.
  • The radiators are tested at a pressure of 13 bar. Their operating pressure is up to 10 bar.
