My kid loves it. It is a bit noisy but its not a problem for us. The design is so beautiful that first time my kid has no problem with nebulizer and is doing it willingly. The mouth tube is small and very comfortable for children, can be even held between the teeth with no hands.

The "cat" does its job! It was recommended to us by the nebulizer doctor and we searched to find something that would serve us. We were afraid that due to the price it would not do a good job, but it proved us wrong. It helped the little one a lot to clean and more stuff comes out than with a syringe. Also, an adult can use it.
