    As a taste, it's okay, I drink it like a shot, it's a bit expensive (hence the 4 stars) and while they recommend up to 3 X 30 ml = 90 ml, I only drink 30 ml. I bought it because I have reflux and heartburn and I used to take Gaviscon for it. I can say that in the 20 days that I've been taking it, it's like I've had 1-2 doses of Gaviscon. I don't know if it's because of my diet being better or if the aloe vera actually helped. I will provide an update after 6 months
