I have been using this hair dye for about 7 months. So far, it has had very good results and it lightened my roots without any yellowing, so I even recommended it to others. However, in my last purchase, when I used the developer as well, my roots turned out a yellowish gold color, completely different from the color that came out every other time. The same thing happened to my sister, who also uses the same shade. I contacted the company to find out what went wrong, as I felt like I wasted my money. The lady I spoke to on the phone, who claimed to be a "specialist," told me that it could be because I am sick or have some health issue (apparently we are all doctors in this life) or that I made a mistake in the dosage, even though I followed the instructions on the paper. Basically, she didn't listen to me and tried to make me feel crazy and sick, as if it was my fault. I should mention that before I complained, I had tried dyeing my hair with this product twice just to make sure I didn't do anything wrong the first time. They simply didn't want to take responsibility! I am leaving this here so that no one wastes their money and throws away the dye for no reason!
