Description

Gas Grill with water fat collector SERGAS WG2. The water grills from SER GAS are the next step in grilling technology. The presence of a drawer under the grill and burners allows for the placement of water, which impacts the cooking process in two ways:

  • It acts as a fat collector, minimizing smoke in the work area.
  • It creates saturated steam near the cooking surface, preserving the natural juices of the grilled foods.

The Zeta type grill provides the ability to collect and remove fat, trapping heat on the cooking surface. All parts of the device are made of stainless steel, and combustion safety is continuously monitored by a safety valve (thermocouple). It features a piezoelectric igniter and a pilot for igniting the burner. Finally, the burner nozzles are adjustable for any gas and bear the CE mark.
