If you cut them and gather them nicely, it doesn't show anything, neither in the front nor in the back of the seats because I passed them under the sides in the plastic that is between the seats and nothing is visible...

I ordered 3 pieces. Unfortunately, I had to fix them electronically. The products are dangerous. I found hasty gluing on the components. Two of them were not even glued! As a result, they only made contact when you moved them. One of them had a short circuit due to incorrect assembly. Be careful because these products are mainly intended for use in cars. There is a risk of damage!
