The rings are quite good and sturdy! Their handle is relatively good and slightly rough so that the hands do not slip! The major drawback is the straps, especially one of the two, as the clip that is supposed to hold the ring steady at the desired height does not do its job well at all! Many times during exercises, one strap goes down, resulting in the rings not having the same length between them very often! If I knew, I wouldn't choose these specific rings, however, it is possible that the ones I have are defective and this doesn't happen to all the straps!
