The ETA Gratus Kalibro features a powerful 1500 W motor that maintains the selected speed even under heavy loads. The mixer is capable of perfectly processing even dense doughs and mixing hard and frozen vegetables.

Homogeneous dough is achieved thanks to the planetary mixing motion system. This system includes circular movements of the beater around its axis and around the bowl, ensuring that all ingredients are perfectly mixed.

The basic equipment of the mixer includes the following functions:

  • Whisking with a wire beater
  • Whisking with a flexible beater
  • Mixing
  • Kneading
  • Grinding meat and stuffing sausages
  • Shaving
  • Cutting
  • Crushing, shredding, and blending ingredients to a very fine texture

The ETA Gratus Kalibro also features a PULSE function for maximum speed, a ten-minute timer with automatic shut-off and sound notification, as well as a special hook for gluten-free dough.

The innovative beater with an extensive working surface ensures more efficient mixing of raw materials, even from the walls of the bowl. The mixer has a clear LCD screen displaying speed, power, and time, as well as a light indicator that signals when the maximum allowable load has been reached.
