    Very bad that it doesn't have a clip to attach to the back of the ear. It can easily fall without you realizing it. Also, it often disconnects for battery reasons after about 15 minutes of inactivity. You have to press and hold the button to reconnect. It should connect automatically when there is an incoming call. In terms of sound, it is good and they can hear me clearly. In conclusion, good quality but bad usability.
