    We have had it for a year and a half and we use it every day. The only 'bad' thing is that we can never go back to the plastic taste of coffee from electric coffee makers. It's incredible. It is very important to ask for coarsely ground coffee. With supermarket coffee ready to use, it will clog the filter and it won't work. I ask for the coffee to be ground at 3.5. If you put the lid on, it keeps the coffee warm and fresh for at least 3 hours.
