    It is a wonderful engine cleaner for stuck piston rings and various oils. You pour it in before the oil change with a warm engine, run it for 10 minutes, I think. At least that's how I used it; I haven't yet tested the car on the road.

    Then you change the oil and oil filter; you don't leave it inside. The oil is thick when you drain it and the filter is clogged with thick oil. It probably cleans everything in the engine. Afterwards, I put in 10W 40 and after about 30 minutes of warming it up, it was still like sunflower oil—clear—in a 22-year-old car.

    It's dangerous; you don't leave the old filter or this stuff with the old oil inside. The label on top says something irrelevant in the Greek translation, probably for a radiator or something like that.

    Now, I don't know. I saw on the container "kilidro-piston" and searched for it online as an engine cleaner, and that's the answer I got
