    We bought the Hyundai gas kitchen on 5/5/2023 and on 15/5/2023 it had a problem with the oven, it didn't light up as it should and it turned off after 5 minutes..... The oven doesn't bake properly as it claims.... In other words, the watermelon is rotten... Stay away from this product.... The company tells us to change the thermostat and have it repaired... Can't we have a kitchen for a month and then get it repaired.... What if it happens again after the warranty expires? We asked for a replacement of the appliance and we are still waiting for their decision.... We have been waiting for a month now. Today is 6/6/2023..... Such a waste of money we spent.....

    After a lot of searching to find a free-standing kitchen entirely powered by natural gas, with the most possible cooking options in the oven (which means it also has air circulation) as well as a large useful oven capacity, we ended up with the Hyundai HCG19-72L604G/W. According to the information provided by Hyundai Electrics during the product presentation, the kitchen had 5 cooking options and a 72-liter oven. For more assurance, I contacted Hyundai Electrics at 2111038050 and spoke with two different employees who assured me that it indeed had 5 cooking options and a useful capacity of 72 liters. It should be noted that intentionally, as I deduced afterwards, there was no photo of the oven's interior in the presentation, so that the lack of air circulation would not be visible. After we had already received the kitchen, on 23/1/2021, we found out that it only cooks with one mode and its capacity is 67 liters, while the useful dimension of its tray is even smaller. On 25/1, I contacted Hyundai Electrics to complain about the fact that it did not cook with 5 modes as claimed, and the employee continued to insist that it cooks with five modes. I asked her to tell me what these modes are, and the answer was that they are the temperature gradations. Since I couldn't get anywhere with this, I asked the store where I bought it to request a return from Hyundai Electrics, as it did not match the characteristics they claim and state in the product presentation. The response from the manufacturer was that such a possibility is not provided, according to the store. Therefore, I have only negative words to say about Hyundai Electrics and I reserve judgment for further matters.
