My friend with Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite decided to buy them when her white AM115 Huawei headphones started to have the well-known problem of "losing" their sound (it weakens in one earphone first and then in the other).

They were chosen because of their fabric cords (durability), price, and beauty. What could go wrong with €5?! And yet!! Unfortunately, they are completely AWFUL and let me explain.

The sound is like a tin can, unpolished, without any sense of quality (no bass at all, the other person sounds like they're speaking from a well). When you speak, for example, through Messenger, the "other" person (who is calling you) hears their voice double (if you lower the volume a bit, the problem improves but doesn't disappear, and if you continue to lower the volume to make the sound go away, it reaches a point where you can't hear anything).

When you make a call using the GSM network to the person you're talking to, there is a terrible buzzing sound, like the one speakers make when they have interference from a mobile phone (is the microphone not shielded against electromagnetic interference?).

I don't know if it's a compatibility issue with the Mi 9 Lite or if it's a problem with the specific unit we bought. With the Huawei AM115 "old" ones (not even a month old), we didn't have any such problem. Their microphone was/is amazing and the sound quality was the same (for the few days before their volume started to decrease). These ones here simply won't last long enough to break because they are unbearable, and they will be thrown away before they break.
