I was called by the representative, as I had many complaints, mainly about the app where 90 percent of the options/programs do not work (tested on multiple Android mobile choices, even on the technician's!). If you select, for example, the Cotton program and press Start, you will get an error message!
With what the company representative said, it seems she insults the Skroutz platform itself more than my intelligence: in response to my complaints about the device's operation and its NON-cooperation with the app, the representative told me that the device I have in my hands is probably not from an official reseller! So, it is likely not an authentic device, but a repro!
I apologize to the community because I did not review in time, and maybe others got "tricked" like me. To those looking for something similar, choose another option, far from here.
Regarding the drying function, I suggest adding half the clothes that the device supports (I believe this applies generally) and avoid high temperature, as this can destroy clothes, even in the long term.
Το mobile app δεν συνεργάζεται. Ήρθε 2 φορές τεχνικός, για το ίδιο πρόβλημα: με πλακέτα. Τη μία δεν λειτουργούσαν οι εντολές αφής, την δεύτερη το πλυντήριο σταματούσε τη λειτουργία σε τυχαίες στιγμές.
Με κάλεσαν από την αντιπροσωπεία, καθώς είχα πολλά παράπονα, κυρίως για την εφαρμογή που το 90 τοις εκατό των επιλογών/προγραμμάτων δεν λειτουργεί (δοκιμασμένο σε πολλαπλές επιλογές Android Κινητών, μέχρι και στου τεχνικού!). Αν επιλέξετε, για παράδειγμα, πρόγραμμα Βαμβακερά, πατήσετε Έναρξη, θα σας εμφανιστεί μήνυμα σφάλματος!
Με αυτό που είπε η εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας, μάλλον προσβάλει περισσότερο την ίδια την πλατφόρμα του Σκρουτζ, παρά τη νοημοσύνη μου: στα παράπονά μου σχετικά με τη λειτουργία της συσκευής και τη ΜΗ συνεργασία με την εφαρμογή, η εκπρόσωπος μου ανέφερε πως η συσκευή που έχω στα χέρια μου μάλλον δεν είναι από επίσημο μεταπωλητή! Άρα, πιθανότατα να μην είναι αυθεντική συσκευή, αλλά repro!
Να ζητήσω συγνώμη από την κοινότητα, γιατί δεν έκανα εγκαίρως κριτική, και ίσως να την "πάτησαν" και άλλοι σαν και εμένα. Σε όσους αναζητούν κάτι αντίστοιχο, ας επιλέξουν κάποια άλλη πρόταση, μακριά από εδώ.
Αναφορικά με τη λειτουργία στεγνώματος, προτείνω να προσθέτεται τα μισά ρούχα από ό,τι υποστηρίζει η συσκευή (αυτό πιστεύω ισχύει γενικότερα) και να αποφεύγει την υψηλή θερμοκρασία, καθώς αυτό μπορεί να καταστρέψει τα ρούχα, έστω και μακροπρόθεσμα.

I bought it a month ago and after the first wash, it showed E02 on all programs except for the spin cycle. I contacted the dealership and they informed me about the connections. The connections were fine, so they immediately sent a technician. In the end, the issue was that the hose was somewhat vertical in the drain and the water didn't drain properly, resulting in the machine sucking back the water. However, this has nothing to do with the machine, but rather a simple oversight. Nonetheless, Candy's customer service was prompt, which is very positive.
As for the machine itself, it is a rocket. I haven't tried all the programs, but the ECO program that I use for energy saving, and the drying option that I set to activate at the end of the wash, are amazing! One load when I put the clothes in, and another after work when I take them out and they go straight into the closet. The price is definitely worth it.
If its lifespan is long, it will be one of the best value-for-money purchases
Το αγόρασα πριν έναν μήνα και μετά την πρώτη πλύση, σε όλα τα προγράμματα εκτός το στύψιμο μου έβγαζε Ε02. Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπεία και με ενημέρωσαν για τις συνδέσεις. Οι συνδέσεις ήτανε μια χαρά οπότε μου στείλανε άμεσα έναν τεχνικό. Εν τέλη το θέμα ήτανε ότι ο σωλήνας ήτανε κάπως κάθετος στο σιφόνι και δεν φεύγανε σωστά τα νερά με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει αναρρόφηση τα νερά του. Δεν έχει να κάνει αυτό όμως με το μηχάνημα, όμως από μια απλή απροσεξία. Παρόλα αυτά η εξυπηρέτηση της Candy ήτανε άμεση, πράγμα πολύ θετικό.
Το μηχάνημα τώρα ως μηχάνημα, είναι πύραυλος. Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει όλα τα προγράμματα, όμως το ECO που χρησιμοποιώ για εξοικονόμηση, και το στέγνωμα που το ρυθμίζω να μπει στο τέλος της πλύσης είναι φοβερό! Μία που βάζω τα ρούχα, και μία μετά τη δουλεία που τα βγάζω και μπαίνουν απευθείας στην ντουλάπα. Η τιμή αξίζει με 1000.

καλό πλυντήριο στεγνωτήριο λίγο θορυβωδες και στο πλύσιμο. Στο στύψιμο πολυς θόρυβος. Δυστυχώς για να είναι χαμηλή η τιμή δεν έχει inverter μοτέρ άρα και θορυβώδες. Πλήθος προγραμματων στην εφαρμογή του κινητού.
εμάς μας κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο στο στίψιμο κάπου κοπανάει παρα ότι το έχουμε αλαφαδιασει στα μειων ότι που και που μας βγάζει κωδικό Ε11 και σταματάει και αντε παλι από την αρχή το πρόγραμμα.
update μετά από μια επισκευή αλλάζοντας τον αισθητήρα σταμάτησε να βγάζει σφάλμα Ε11 αυτό δεν κράτησε πολυ... μετά από δυο εβδομάδες παλι τα ίδια... σκέτη απογοήτευση

Good and economical. It has an issue sometimes where it doesn't start. I close it and open it again. Maybe because the door doesn't close properly. It needs a little more pressure to close. The drying is also not that good. It's like the clothes retain some moisture. I hang them on a clothes rack for a while afterwards. Maybe it's just from the steam. I didn't have another dryer to compare it to. But it definitely comes in handy for the winter.
Καλό κι οικονομικό. Έχει θέμα κάποιες φορές που δεν παίρνει μπρος. Το κλείνω και το ξανά ανοίγω. Ίσως επειδή δεν κουμπώνει καλά η πόρτα. Θέλει λίγο παραπάνω πίεση να κλείσει. Το στέγνωμα επίσης δεν είναι τόσο καλό. Σαν να κρατάνε τα ρούχα λίγο υγρασία. Τ απλώνω σε μια απλώστρα μετά για λίγη ώρα. Ίσως απλά είναι από τον ατμό. Δεν είχα και άλλο στεγνωτηριο για να συγκρίνω. It is not for people who are not familiar with technology and it will definitely require some searching to find all the features, but once you understand it, it is perfect! It also works with wifi and you can select all functions from your mobile by downloading the application.
It washes perfectly, it has quick programs for less dirty clothes, and it can even fit a king-size blanket - but not a VERY thick comforter. It dries very well at high temperatures, even thick jeans, but it takes a considerable amount of time: 3-3.5 hours. However, with fewer and lighter clothes, 1.5 hours at low drying temperature is enough. It also has a delay function so you can wash whenever it suits you, for example, night washing with nighttime electricity rates.
It does not make noise - at least when I saw it washing at my daughter's house, and even in a space almost "inside" the living room, I did not feel anything bothering me in terms of noise level. You need to clean the filter every 1-2 months for better operation.
These are the current observations, and I repeat that we bought it for a student with the logic that it will last as long as possible. The quality of construction and its capabilities have left us fully satisfied. It is better than we expected. Its durability remains to be proven.
Αγοράστηκε για φοιτητικό σπίτι στα €319 με το σκεπτικό ότι αν κρατήσει όσο και η διάρκεια των σπουδών θα είναι κέρδος! Θέλαμε, επίσης, να μη μένουν τα ρούχα πάνω στην απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι μέσα στο καυσαέριο, ιδίως τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες. Είναι καταπληκτικό!

Φαντάζομαι ότι άνετα εξυπηρετεί και μία οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων αφού χωράει 8 κιλά για πλύσιμο. Έχει άπειρα προγράμματα και συνδυασμούς, μπορείς να επιλέξεις διάρκεια πλυσίματος και στεγνώματος με ηλεκτρονικές ενδείξεις για όλα. Δεν είναι για ανθρώπους που δεν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με την τεχνολογία και σίγουρα θα χρειαστεί λίγο ψάξιμο για να βρεις όλες τις δυνατότητες, αλλά μόλις το καταλάβεις είναι τέλειο! Επίσης, λειτουργεί με wifi και μπορείς να επιλέξεις όλες τις λειτουργίες από το κινητό σου κατεβάζοντας την εφαρμογή.
Πλένει άψογα, έχει σύντομα προγράμματα για τα λιγότερο λερωμένα ρούχα και χωράει ακόμη και κουβέρτα υπέρδιπλη - όχι όμως ΠΟΛΥ χοντρό πάπλωμα. Στεγνώνει πολύ καλά στην υψηλή θερμοκρασία, ακόμη και χοντρά τζην, χρειάζεται, όμως, αρκετό χρόνο: 3 - 3,5 ώρες. Με λιγότερα και ελαφρύτερα ρούχα στη χαμηλή θερμοκρασία στεγνώματος 1,5 ώρα είναι αρκετή. Διαθέτει και χρονοκαθυστέρηση για να πλένεις όποτε σε βολεύει, πχ νυχτερινή πλύση με νυχτερινή χρέωση στο ρεύμα.
Δεν κάνει θόρυβο - εγώ τουλάχιστον που το είδα να πλένει στο σπίτι της κόρης μου και μάλιστα σε χώρο σχεδόν "μέσα" στο σαλόνι δεν αισθάνθηκα κάτι να με ενοχλεί στο επίπεδο θορύβου. Πρέπει να καθαρίζεις το φίλτρο κάθε 1-2 μήνες για την καλύτερη λειτουργία.
Αυτά προς το παρόν και πάλι λέω ότι εμείς το πήραμε για φοιτήτρια με τη λογική ότι όσο κρατήσει. Η ποιότητα της κατασκευής και οι δυνατότητες μας έχουν αφήσει πλήρως ικανοποιημένους. Είναι καλύτερο από ότι το περιμέναμε. Μένει να αποδειχθεί και η αντοχή του.

Αριστερά από την οθόνη έχει 3 ενδείξεις, η πρώτη από πάνω είναι ένας ήλιος. Ακριβώς κάτω από τις 3 ενδείξεις έχει ένα κουμπί αφής. Πατώντας το περνάει διαδοχικά από τις ενδείξεις. Όταν ανάβει ο ήλιος είναι το στέγνωμα σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία (βαμβακερά και ανθεκτικά ρούχα). Αν θες πιο χαμηλή (χρωματιστά, τζιν κτλ) το πατάς άλλη μια και ανάβει το δεύτερο λαμπάκι. Αν το πατήσεις άλλη μια ανάβει το 3ο και δεν είναι πλήρες στέγνωμα. Τα αφήνει λίγο νωπά και καλά για εύκολο σιδέρωμα, αυτό δεν το χρησιμοποιώ γενικά. Αν το πατήσεις ξανά, σε βάζει να επιλέξεις μόνο χρόνο στεγνώματος (γράφει τα λεπτά στην οθόνη). Για να επιλέξεις πρόγραμμα, γυρνάς τον κυκλικό επιλογέα στο πρόγραμμα πλύσης που θέλεις, και πατάς το πλήκτρο ανάλογα με ποιο πρόγραμμα στεγνώματος θες. Δηλαδή, αν βάλεις μεσα πετσέτες κτλ το πατάς μία φορά και μετά πατάς Έναρξη.

I was called by the representative, as I had many complaints, mainly about the app where 90 percent of the options/programs do not work (tested on multiple Android mobile choices, even on the technician's!). If you select, for example, the Cotton program and press Start, you will get an error message!
With what the company representative said, it seems she insults the Skroutz platform itself more than my intelligence: in response to my complaints about the device's operation and its NON-cooperation with the app, the representative told me that the device I have in my hands is probably not from an official reseller! So, it is likely not an authentic device, but a repro!
I apologize to the community because I did not review in time, and maybe others got "tricked" like me. To those looking for something similar, choose another option, far from here.
Regarding the drying function, I suggest adding half the clothes that the device supports (I believe this applies generally) and avoid high temperature, as this can destroy clothes, even in the long term.
Το mobile app δεν συνεργάζεται. Ήρθε 2 φορές τεχνικός, για το ίδιο πρόβλημα: με πλακέτα. Τη μία δεν λειτουργούσαν οι εντολές αφής, την δεύτερη το πλυντήριο σταματούσε τη λειτουργία σε τυχαίες στιγμές.
Με κάλεσαν από την αντιπροσωπεία, καθώς είχα πολλά παράπονα, κυρίως για την εφαρμογή που το 90 τοις εκατό των επιλογών/προγραμμάτων δεν λειτουργεί (δοκιμασμένο σε πολλαπλές επιλογές Android Κινητών, μέχρι και στου τεχνικού!). Αν επιλέξετε, για παράδειγμα, πρόγραμμα Βαμβακερά, πατήσετε Έναρξη, θα σας εμφανιστεί μήνυμα σφάλματος!
Με αυτό που είπε η εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας, μάλλον προσβάλει περισσότερο την ίδια την πλατφόρμα του Σκρουτζ, παρά τη νοημοσύνη μου: στα παράπονά μου σχετικά με τη λειτουργία της συσκευής και τη ΜΗ συνεργασία με την εφαρμογή, η εκπρόσωπος μου ανέφερε πως η συσκευή που έχω στα χέρια μου μάλλον δεν είναι από επίσημο μεταπωλητή! Άρα, πιθανότατα να μην είναι αυθεντική συσκευή, αλλά repro!
Να ζητήσω συγνώμη από την κοινότητα, γιατί δεν έκανα εγκαίρως κριτική, και ίσως να την "πάτησαν" και άλλοι σαν και εμένα. Σε όσους αναζητούν κάτι αντίστοιχο, ας επιλέξουν κάποια άλλη πρόταση, μακριά από εδώ.
Αναφορικά με τη λειτουργία στεγνώματος, προτείνω να προσθέτεται τα μισά ρούχα από ό,τι υποστηρίζει η συσκευή (αυτό πιστεύω ισχύει γενικότερα) και να αποφεύγει την υψηλή θερμοκρασία, καθώς αυτό μπορεί να καταστρέψει τα ρούχα, έστω και μακροπρόθεσμα.

I bought it a month ago and after the first wash, it showed E02 on all programs except for the spin cycle. I contacted the dealership and they informed me about the connections. The connections were fine, so they immediately sent a technician. In the end, the issue was that the hose was somewhat vertical in the drain and the water didn't drain properly, resulting in the machine sucking back the water. However, this has nothing to do with the machine, but rather a simple oversight. Nonetheless, Candy's customer service was prompt, which is very positive.
As for the machine itself, it is a rocket. I haven't tried all the programs, but the ECO program that I use for energy saving, and the drying option that I set to activate at the end of the wash, are amazing! One load when I put the clothes in, and another after work when I take them out and they go straight into the closet. The price is definitely worth it.
If its lifespan is long, it will be one of the best value-for-money purchases
Το αγόρασα πριν έναν μήνα και μετά την πρώτη πλύση, σε όλα τα προγράμματα εκτός το στύψιμο μου έβγαζε Ε02. Επικοινώνησα με την αντιπροσωπεία και με ενημέρωσαν για τις συνδέσεις. Οι συνδέσεις ήτανε μια χαρά οπότε μου στείλανε άμεσα έναν τεχνικό. Εν τέλη το θέμα ήτανε ότι ο σωλήνας ήτανε κάπως κάθετος στο σιφόνι και δεν φεύγανε σωστά τα νερά με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει αναρρόφηση τα νερά του. Δεν έχει να κάνει αυτό όμως με το μηχάνημα, όμως από μια απλή απροσεξία. Παρόλα αυτά η εξυπηρέτηση της Candy ήτανε άμεση, πράγμα πολύ θετικό.
Το μηχάνημα τώρα ως μηχάνημα, είναι πύραυλος. Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει όλα τα προγράμματα, όμως το ECO που χρησιμοποιώ για εξοικονόμηση, και το στέγνωμα που το ρυθμίζω να μπει στο τέλος της πλύσης είναι φοβερό! Μία που βάζω τα ρούχα, και μία μετά τη δουλεία που τα βγάζω και μπαίνουν απευθείας στην ντουλάπα. Η τιμή αξίζει με 1000.

καλό πλυντήριο στεγνωτήριο λίγο θορυβωδες και στο πλύσιμο. Στο στύψιμο πολυς θόρυβος. Δυστυχώς για να είναι χαμηλή η τιμή δεν έχει inverter μοτέρ άρα και θορυβώδες. Πλήθος προγραμματων στην εφαρμογή του κινητού.
εμάς μας κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο στο στίψιμο κάπου κοπανάει παρα ότι το έχουμε αλαφαδιασει στα μειων ότι που και που μας βγάζει κωδικό Ε11 και σταματάει και αντε παλι από την αρχή το πρόγραμμα.
update μετά από μια επισκευή αλλάζοντας τον αισθητήρα σταμάτησε να βγάζει σφάλμα Ε11 αυτό δεν κράτησε πολυ... μετά από δυο εβδομάδες παλι τα ίδια... σκέτη απογοήτευση

Good and economical. It has an issue sometimes where it doesn't start. I close it and open it again. Maybe because the door doesn't close properly. It needs a little more pressure to close. The drying is also not that good. It's like the clothes retain some moisture. I hang them on a clothes rack for a while afterwards. Maybe it's just from the steam. I didn't have another dryer to compare it to. But it definitely comes in handy for the winter.
Καλό κι οικονομικό. Έχει θέμα κάποιες φορές που δεν παίρνει μπρος. Το κλείνω και το ξανά ανοίγω. Ίσως επειδή δεν κουμπώνει καλά η πόρτα. Θέλει λίγο παραπάνω πίεση να κλείσει. Το στέγνωμα επίσης δεν είναι τόσο καλό. Σαν να κρατάνε τα ρούχα λίγο υγρασία. Τ απλώνω σε μια απλώστρα μετά για λίγη ώρα. Ίσως απλά είναι από τον ατμό. Δεν είχα και άλλο στεγνωτηριο για να συγκρίνω. Για τον χειμώνα πάντως λύνει τα χέρια.

I imagine it can easily serve a family of four since it can hold 8 kilograms for washing. It has numerous programs and combinations, you can choose the duration of washing and drying with electronic indicators for everything. It is not for people who are not familiar with technology and it will definitely require some searching to find all the features, but once you understand it, it is perfect! It also works with wifi and you can select all functions from your mobile by downloading the application.
It washes perfectly, it has quick programs for less dirty clothes, and it can even fit a king-size blanket - but not a VERY thick comforter. It dries very well at high temperatures, even thick jeans, but it takes a considerable amount of time: 3-3.5 hours. However, with fewer and lighter clothes, 1.5 hours at low drying temperature is enough. It also has a delay function so you can wash whenever it suits you, for example, night washing with nighttime electricity rates.
It does not make noise - at least when I saw it washing at my daughter's house, and even in a space almost "inside" the living room, I did not feel anything bothering me in terms of noise level. You need to clean the filter every 1-2 months for better operation.
These are the current observations, and I repeat that we bought it for a student with the logic that it will last as long as possible. The quality of construction and its capabilities have left us fully satisfied. It is better than we expected. Its durability remains to be proven.
Αγοράστηκε για φοιτητικό σπίτι στα €319 με το σκεπτικό ότι αν κρατήσει όσο και η διάρκεια των σπουδών θα είναι κέρδος! Θέλαμε, επίσης, να μη μένουν τα ρούχα πάνω στην απλώστρα στο μπαλκόνι μέσα στο καυσαέριο, ιδίως τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες. Είναι καταπληκτικό!
Φυσικά λειτουργεί μόνο για ένα/ ενάμιση μήνα ( βέβαια η μικρή το χρησιμοποιεί πολύ συχνά και επειδή είναι σαν παιχνίδι κάθε λίγο δοκιμάζει και κάτι νέο στα προγράμματα), αλλά είναι πολύ βολικό και ότι χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι με ένα/δύο άτομα. Φαντάζομαι ότι άνετα εξυπηρετεί και μία οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων αφού χωράει 8 κιλά για πλύσιμο. Έχει άπειρα προγράμματα και συνδυασμούς, μπορείς να επιλέξεις διάρκεια πλυσίματος και στεγνώματος με ηλεκτρονικές ενδείξεις για όλα. Δεν είναι για ανθρώπους που δεν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με την τεχνολογία και σίγουρα θα χρειαστεί λίγο ψάξιμο για να βρεις όλες τις δυνατότητες, αλλά μόλις το καταλάβεις είναι τέλειο! Επίσης, λειτουργεί με wifi και μπορείς να επιλέξεις όλες τις λειτουργίες από το κινητό σου κατεβάζοντας την εφαρμογή.
Πλένει άψογα, έχει σύντομα προγράμματα για τα λιγότερο λερωμένα ρούχα και χωράει ακόμη και κουβέρτα υπέρδιπλη - όχι όμως ΠΟΛΥ χοντρό πάπλωμα. Στεγνώνει πολύ καλά στην υψηλή θερμοκρασία, ακόμη και χοντρά τζην, χρειάζεται, όμως, αρκετό χρόνο: 3 - 3,5 ώρες. Με λιγότερα και ελαφρύτερα ρούχα στη χαμηλή θερμοκρασία στεγνώματος 1,5 ώρα είναι αρκετή. Διαθέτει και χρονοκαθυστέρηση για να πλένεις όποτε σε βολεύει, πχ νυχτερινή πλύση με νυχτερινή χρέωση στο ρεύμα.
Δεν κάνει θόρυβο - εγώ τουλάχιστον που το είδα να πλένει στο σπίτι της κόρης μου και μάλιστα σε χώρο σχεδόν "μέσα" στο σαλόνι δεν αισθάνθηκα κάτι να με ενοχλεί στο επίπεδο θορύβου. Πρέπει να καθαρίζεις το φίλτρο κάθε 1-2 μήνες για την καλύτερη λειτουργία.
Αυτά προς το παρόν και πάλι λέω ότι εμείς το πήραμε για φοιτήτρια με τη λογική ότι όσο κρατήσει. Η ποιότητα της κατασκευής και οι δυνατότητες μας έχουν αφήσει πλήρως ικανοποιημένους. Είναι καλύτερο από ότι το περιμέναμε. Μένει να αποδειχθεί και η αντοχή του.

Κατά τα άλλα αν διαβάσετε τις οδηγίες θα δείτε ότι δεν πρεπει να το φορτώνετε περισσότερο από 4-5Kg (δλδ περιπου το μισο) για να πλένει καλύτερα, και πιο οικονομικά. π.χ. αν εχετε 6kg ρουχα προτιμίστε 2 πλύσεις από 3kg και θα είναι όλα μια χαρά!

Με αυτό που είπε η εκπρόσωπος της εταιρίας, μάλλον προσβάλει περισσότερο την ίδια την πλατφόρμα του Σκρουτζ, παρά τη νοημοσύνη μου: στα παράπονά μου σχετικά με τη λειτουργία της συσκευής και τη ΜΗ συνεργασία με την εφαρμογή, η εκπρόσωπος μου ανέφερε πως η συσκευή που έχω στα χέρια μου μάλλον δεν είναι από επίσημο μεταπωλητή! Άρα, πιθανότατα να μην είναι αυθεντική συσκευή, αλλά repro!
Να ζητήσω συγνώμη από την κοινότητα, γιατί δεν έκανα εγκαίρως κριτική, και ίσως να την "πάτησαν" και άλλοι σαν και εμένα. Σε όσους αναζητούν κάτι αντίστοιχο, ας επιλέξουν κάποια άλλη πρόταση, μακριά από εδώ.
Αναφορικά με τη λειτουργία στεγνώματος, προτείνω να προσθέτεται τα μισά ρούχα από ό,τι υποστηρίζει η συσκευή (αυτό πιστεύω ισχύει γενικότερα) και να αποφεύγει την υψηλή θερμοκρασία, καθώς αυτό μπορεί να καταστρέψει τα ρούχα, έστω και μακροπρόθεσμα.
