Μετράτε με μια μεζούρα την περίμετρο της γάμπας σας στο πιο φαρδύ της σημείο. Τα εκατοστά της μέτρησης αντιστοιχούν στον αριθμό που έχουν τα μεγέθη, πχ Medium = 32-38cm.
