Who designed this ridiculous packaging? I bet 30% of my money paid for packaging! Theres just no need for such a huge solid box. First of all I could not get the cream out of the base. When I managed it, I couldnt open the jar!.. We've all tried but I still can't get to the cream!
This is already a big zero points from me.
Anyone else having trouble?

Excellent cream. It doesn't leave greasiness and the feeling on the skin is exactly what it says: "velvety."

It's not a cream, it's a terrible primer. It doesn't absorb at all and obviously doesn't hydrate, so it's wasted money

Very good cream with a velvety texture. I read about the packaging that it is thick cardboard and uncomfortable......girls, the jar comes out of the cardboard base......

The packaging is terrible. With so many negative reviews, I wonder why they haven't done anything to change the packaging. I can't open the package at all, I mean I didn't like it at all.

Good cream spreads nicely and has a nice subtle scent; to see results, you need to use it a lot and for a long time

Very good cream texture, pleasant on the skin. I tried it in the morning and at night to see how it feels, although I bought it for daytime use. I don't know if it does what it promises because I just bought it now. My question is regarding the packaging. Does the bottom part of the box come off for transportation? Because if it doesn't, what's the point of this huge base?

I am 55 years old with naturally occurring wrinkles, which it has significantly reduced and, in combination with the term, works wonders. I have been using it for some years now and it is perfect.

It is a very good base for makeup and keeps the skin hydrated until the evening. Before purchasing it, I had read many negative reviews about the packaging. It is not difficult to use at all. After all, what matters is the content. Fortunately, I was not affected.

The fact that it leaves the skin velvety doesn't mean anything, most likely it contains silicones. It may work as a primer, but definitely not for anti-aging. It doesn't have active ingredients for something like that.

I will agree with everyone else about the packaging. I have never seen anything like it. The quality of the product does not improve with the packaging. It comes in a huge hard box, and inside is the cream, also in heavy plastic. It could have had a simple packaging so that the cost of the cream could be reduced.

I can't say much about the cream because I've only had it for a few days, but what disappointed me was its packaging. It was a non-eco-friendly, large and heavy packaging, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no safety seal. For these reasons alone, I will not purchase it again.

It is truly the best there is. It leaves a velvety skin, matte result, moisturizes, and is fabulous. Maybe not for oily/acne-prone skin, but for dry/combination/normal skin.

Excellent cream, as soon as you apply it, you immediately feel your skin soft and moisturized. However, the packaging, like almost all frezyderm products, is inconvenient, huge, and environmentally unfriendly. The way they have designed it, you risk it falling and half of it staying on the lid. Terrible packaging, that's why I won't buy any frezyderm product again. Terrible packaging

Very good cream quality but in an UNACCEPTABLE packaging. Why is there this bulky black box (which you throw away) and inside this also bulky and impractical jar with the strange opening that makes it difficult for you to use the product? Frezyderm PLEASE.... change the packaging (because it increases the cost of this otherwise good cream) and reduce its price!!!

On my forehead, it caused pimples.
Only on the neck it feels nice. It has a matte effect because it contains something like powder. I wouldn't buy it again nor would I recommend it.

It is a gentle cream with a pleasant scent. It makes the texture of the skin velvety, but it does not absorb into the deeper layers. As for tightening, there is no way (I am 52 years old), it is just a simple cream that does not deliver what it promises. Of course, I would not buy it again.

Excellent cream leaves the skin so soft.. for wrinkles I don't have a clear picture because I have been using it for a short period of time, but guys be cool, it's just a cream, don't expect miracles.. however, it is extremely moisturizing without leaving the skin heavy and it absorbs easily.. 5 stars from me

It spreads very easily and leaves the feeling of a primer. Ideal for combination/oily skin but not for sensitive skin as it contains a strong fragrance which caused a negative reaction for me and I stopped using it after the third application.

It leaves the skin so soft, like that of a baby. I have noticed improvements even in wrinkles. The only thing that concerns me is that it might be more suitable for mature skin over 40+. The packaging doesn't bother me at all. I wonder why there needs to be a reason for evaluating such a good product

I give it two stars because it is really a strange cream. It leaves a weird sticky texture on the skin and a layer that feels like a film on the face. I didn't see any difference. I have used creams from many brands over time, and for this particular one, I will say that it is completely indifferent cream.

They have given great importance to the bulky box.... The cream is in a cheap plastic jar... From the first day, half of the letters on the jar have come off.... Put the cream in a decent jar and box and reduce the price.... Now I'm probably paying for the packaging rather than the results of the cream

I tried it as a sample. It is simply perfect. It moisturizes and leaves a perfect matte texture. I will definitely buy it at some point in the future, as I am not yet at an age for such 'heavy' anti-aging products.

Amazing product. However, the packaging is unacceptable (bulky and impractical). I will wait for frezyderm to release it in a dispenser format like they do with all their other creams before buying it again.
