Well, it's time to say things as they are, because it's getting cold and it's not worth it for anyone to waste their time with this product, as unfortunately I did.
A few winters ago, I bought the product (3 times). However, at that time, the product didn't have any reviews on Skroutz, I had searched for it and found it directly on the store's website.
The panel comes in this extremely plain packaging with only a few references on the cardboard, without any user instructions, without telling you if you should keep the power button pressed, how long it will take to reach the declared temperature of 54°C, etc. Is it obvious? Read and you will understand. Do you think that because it shows a red icon on the cardboard, it will look the same when it's turned on? Oh no. I arrived home, connected a power bank (TP-LINK 15600mAh 2.4A), pressed the button, nothing happened, but I noticed that depending on how I held the cable, somewhere a yellow light would turn on, so I understood that the cable wasn't making good contact. The next day, I returned it and they gave me another one, there I tested it and saw that the correct operation is to keep it pressed and the light should turn red (no mention of any other color in the instructions).
Next problem. Since it claims to be compatible with the termoscud blankets that have a pocket, we assume that it fits all of them, but there is no list of compatible ones, I have the R202 for PCX, but the pocket opening of the blanket is half the size of the electric panel and you have to force it to fit and then unfold it to cover the entire pocket, which is borderline because it started to tear at the seams since it was too tight. And I thought, well, this electric panel is meant to be forced, it doesn't have any wires inside, they don't break before you install it properly for use, right? But okay, even electric bed bases fold.
Next problem. Having the second panel at home and not feeling any heat from the store to home, I tried it again, expecting to see where this 54°C temperature is. I left it on and if until today I hadn't turned it off, it wouldn't have reached that temperature, the warning on the cardboard about it being HOT scared them away. The next day, I returned it to the store again and to avoid putting it back in my pocket and having something happen to it while it's going for replacement, I put it in my suitcase and turned it on until I arrived, to show them that it's hot (warm, actually). It was cold, and when I took it out of the suitcase, it was frozen. After discussing the issue with the responsible person at the store, who imported it, he told me that no one else had bought it or used it, so he didn't know what was happening elsewhere (I was the lucky one). They brought me a third panel and suggested that maybe it's an issue with my power bank, but I had brought another power bank with me (TURBO-X 10000mAh 2.1A) and we tested both the one I returned and the third panel, leaving them turned on. I took a walk around the store, looked at helmets, gloves, jackets, and after about a quarter of an hour, both panels had a temperature, not HOT, not enough to warm you up, but enough to touch them with your hands and see if the temperature would increase further. However, the third one seemed to have a higher temperature than the second one. I didn't return it asking for a refund, I took the third one home, even though a heating product if it's supposed to reach temperature after at least 10 minutes of cold, you won't get to feel it when you touch it because you're already freezing.
Next problem. And let's say that someday it would work properly, the temperature I encountered (and everyone else in the store) was for you to touch it with bare hands or even hug it like a somewhat warm heating pad or an electric mattress pad (which from what I just searched, those are at 55°C in the highest setting, but you don't have those when you're riding in snowy weather but in a bedroom) so if the panel was lukewarm on the skin, how hot could it be inside the pocket, behind the fur blanket for the feet, outside the rider's pants, in very cold weather?
Conclusion. It never worked properly, I never went back to the store about the product, over the years I think in the last test the light didn't even turn on and in that, now I leave it inside the blanket so it doesn't rattle...
Advice? Pretend you never saw it among the products and skip it.
